.**About this great opportunity!**We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, based in Colombia, to join the Delivery team and manage projects working directly with our top customers in Latin American countries.As a Project Manager you will ensure that project goals are met, assure customer's expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relationship is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.**What you will do**- Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities.- Drive project execution: track project activities, raise risks, issues and handle them, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues.- Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.- Take handover from Presales team, Pre-sales involvement for cost estimation & scope of work.- Ensure forecasting and financial follow-up.- Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting.- Simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas.**What will you bring to the role**:- Significant Project Management experience leading customer facing projects, within Telecoms or with Operator's.- Good understanding for Telecom Technology & Domain: 4G, IMS, VoLTE, 5G, Core, Cloud, Packet Core, etc- Contract and 3rd pp suppliers management know-how.- Financial knowledge and analysis skills.- Innovative, self-motivated and result oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery- High or native level of both English and Spanish language- Proficient with both agile and waterfall methodology of project execution (PMP certification is a plus)**Why join Ericsson?**At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
