Job Description - Customer Project Officer (00984O)Customer Project Officer - 00984OThe Customer Project Officer leads the operational deployment of critical business practices, Process & Tools, Governance, and KPI monitoring across both Selling and Execution phases of Services projects to achieve Solutions business performance within Mexico Zone Execution Center to ensure effective Opportunity & Project Portfolio management and Customer Satisfaction.Main Activities:Implement consistent Customer Project Governance, Processes, Tools, and continuous improvement approach.Ensure proper management of Opportunities identification, monitoring, and escalation to the management to warn of any major deviation.
Ensure CPP guidance, deployment, and support for Services business.Monitor opportunity pipeline portfolio, analyze performance, and identify improvement actions focusing on complex opportunities and projects leveraging bFO and SGV tools.Deploy, monitor, and support the Solution Selling Governance across Services operation for Mexico region.Ensure Local SOCs (Solution Opportunity Committee) are established and following Solution Selling Governance and animate these sessions.Prepare & Update Opportunity Pipeline Dashboards (CPO Dashboard / Reports).Ensure compliance of Customer Project Process (CPP) across Selling & Execution for Services operation in Mexico region, including deployment, training, and coaching of tools and process.Perform Win & Loss Analysis, Lessons learned, and CPP audits.Support Local Implementation of Process & Tools (bFO, SGV, & Aconex) & Project Performance (CPO Scope).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.2-3 years of professional experience.Advanced English skills (oral and written).Good organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills.Detail-oriented and responsive to inquiries and requests.Operations experience would be an advantage.Project management experience would be an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
