Responsibilities include:Supporting Quality claims and their processes.Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems via phone, researching resolutions, applying methods, and running tests to ensure that specific issues have been resolved.Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and responding to audits related to customer claims from third parties.Checking all parts for containment in all locations and ensuring communication with customers regarding containment activities and product identification.Ensuring proper follow-up on shop floor containment activities to protect customers.Overseeing all phases of 8D's or problem-solving processes, ensuring that the Quality tools from customers are respected.Providing feedback to customers related to 8D activities.Tracking 8D's in a master list and ensuring that timelines are met.Responding to customers through portals or via email.Auditing corrective actions proposed by the multidisciplinary team on the shop floor.Ensuring compliance with processes and Quality policies.Supporting all activities to obtain and maintain Quality certifications ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.Participating in third-party certification audits, customer audits, and timely corrective actions responses.Working with all departments to ensure adherence to the quality system and closure of non-conformities (NC's).Continuously working to establish and improve the Internal Quality system (procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.
).Leading and participating in workshops for the improvement of the Quality system.Contributing to the definition of key Quality indicators and following up on KPIs for continuous improvement of processes.QualificationsEducation: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Similar.Experience: Minimum of 2 years.Desired: Green Belt training
