Provide support to external and internal customers on complaints which include interfacing with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, CSR and marketing.**Responsibilities**- Review all customer quality complaints via SAP QN system- Receive and enter internal customer quality notification in SAP QN system- Establish first customer contact as the manufacturing representative- Initiate and assign tasks in SAP QN system to respective departments for quality and shipping issues.- Evaluate all 8-D responses.
