Comply in time with the closure of corrective actions, comply and enforce the quality system in all productive areas.Your task will be:- Work together with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of product and service quality.- Coordination of containment and third parties.- Meet the delivery times of:- Issuance of Quality Alerts maximum 2 hours after receiving the notification.- Investigations of customer complaints with defined root cause < 24 hours.- Involvement in the definition and implementation of corrective actions < 72 hours / immediate weekend.
]- Closing of complaints in the SQTS, LQTS, Covisint & PLEX portal on time- Shipping of certified clean points to customer plants.- Availability of trips to plants of national and international clients.- Excellent customer service.- Transmit the culture of quality in other areas through establishing formal routes and compliance with LPA's audit programs.- Work with your team to implement the operating model defined at the divisional and corporate level- Develop action plans to increase efficiency and OEE in production lines- Participate in efficiency meetings and assist in achieving improvements in the operation without compromising quality and without failing to comply with the corresponding protocols and procedures
