**BORGWARNER MEXICO****Solicita**:**Customer Quality Engineer****Descripción y Requisitos**The Customer Quality Engineer is the First Quality Contact person with all of the customers. Their overall job deEscrituraion is to represent the company in front of the customer. They are also the voice of the customer as it comes back to the company. (Via Audits, Complaints, visits, teleconferences, and technical support).Roles include but not limited to:- Understand and ensure compliance to the customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control process's- Handling of Customer Complaints (Verbal/Written). To Organize/lead the team and follow it through the completion and report out of the 8D /A3 for the customer in a timely fashion.- Escalate Problems to the correct level to ensure proper and timely response- Setup and monitor Containment activities and communicate internally/externally as required.- Frequently review and update customer portals to understand current issues/scores- Conduct Key defect analysis and keep the database on customer issues up to date and Report to Plant leadership to lead Quality improvements.- Support customer visits, as well as travel to the customer as necessary- Support the launch of new projects, including break dates, identifications, and feedback to the plant information as necessary to ensure proper changes/launches.- Work with the customer to follow changes, PPAP's.- Support the plants in external and customer audits with data and presence as necessary- Perform other duties and tasks on assigned special projects and assignments when needed.- Be the driving force for quality improvement in the plant on customer issues.- Manage People and problems as required.Requirements/experience:- Engineering degree- 2 or more years of experience in Plant Quality and/or Customer Quality- Good Computer skills and MS-Office user (PTP, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)- Numerical Skills and ability to analyze data and statistics- Ability to read/understand prints- Practical knowledge of quality documents (PFD, PCP, PFMEA/DFMEA, 8D, A3, 5Y, etc.)- Problem Solving abilities- Fluent in English- Good communication skills- Ability to lead a team in the goal of problem analysis/containment/corrective action- Drive for perfection (Good analytical skills and "Eye" on Quality Improvement)- Focus on Customer satisfaction - Accuracy, Complete, and on time.- Ability to travel to customer as requiredPreferred:- Quality Assurance certification- Geometric tolerancing knowledge- Minitab ability- Knowledge or use of Problem solving (Shainin, 6 Sigma, etc.)Puesto: Calidad**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
