As a Customer Quality Engineer you will, responsible and accountable for customer quality issues. You will be the link between Technical Lab, Sales & Manufacturing Operations; be a leader in Root Cause Analysis, ensuring response.
Single contact for all type of customer claims from warranty and post warranty product claims between sales and operations.
You will report to Quality Assurance Manager
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead satisfactory resolution of Customer line issues ensuring all such items are correctly.
- Expert in problem solving and assists work teams in different areas being facilitator for external and internal non conformities, ensuring identification of cause and implementation of permanent corrective actions (avoid re-peats).
- Establish working relationships with customers and provide accurate, appropriate solution to customer problems or requests.
- Work with the Account Manager to ensure Customer Specific Requirements are understood and deployed within the organization by conducting regular internal auditing. Create plans and strategies to reduce the main gaps that affect customer satisfaction.
- Ensure with main customer players as a customer-focused strategy and costumer intimacy, maintaining a channel for a response plan to Customer and company partners.
- Improve the Quality of the whole company, production process and risk management. Update quality documents (FMEA, Control Plan ) based on the results of the RCA.
- Respond to non-conformities through customer portals together with the Coordination of Quality Management Systems, according with customer specific times and formats
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, or Engineering.
- +3 years proven experience in Technical or Manufacturing.
- 3+ years in Customer Management for Automotive, Industrial or Packaging.
- Green or Black Belt Certification
- Internal Auditor
- Manage core tools, knowledge of Core tools IATF16949, ISO9001, FMEA; Control plan,
- Fluent English
