As a CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER, you will be a link between the operation and the different service groups of each business units, acting as a leading facilitator in the non-conformities investigations reported from the different customer lines.
Ensuring the response in time through the coordination of multifunctional teams by using of problem-solving tools, which allows transferring the organizational learning to our Quality system.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop plans and strategies to reduce the main gaps that affect customer satisfaction as an organization.
- Maintain the Quality Standard of PPG Industries and promote the understanding of the Customer Quality Goals throughout the organization.
- Ensure the continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction with the VOC tool, as well as the development of strategies and action plans to improve the indicator.
(Customer focus).
- Work with the process area and technical laboratory to ensure the correct implementation of lessons learned derived from a problem on the customer's line.
- Act as a natural leader in the auditing processes derived from non-conformities to customer lines, as well as, the sign-off processes, new launches from different customers; and SJR certification processes.
- Maintain the discipline of problem-solving, through continuous improvement for the region as part of one of the global strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Knowledge of specific automotive customer requirements.
- Green or Black Belt Certification.
- Internal Auditor.
- Management of core tools, knowledge of Core tools IATF16949, ISO9001, FMEA; Control plan.
- Proficient English.
