**Job Description**:
Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction related to quality metrics.
Perform Assembly testing and measurements.
Resolves routine questions and problems.
Perform functional test of systems, subassemblies and parts under specified environmental conditions on Test Benches and inspection room equipment.
Assist Quality Engineers and Process Engineers in root cause analysis and data collection.
Attend and lead customer complaint analysis for testing conditions.
Continuous communication, report and negotiation with the customer regarding the status of the analysis from the 0 km and field returns.
Responsible of in-site claim analysis in customer facilities together with the resident engineer.
Responsible of PPAP documentation for new projects.
**Qualifications**:
a) **Minimum level**: Engineer degree, more than 3 years of experience in Customer Quality
b) **Expertise**:Tier 1 experience (Ford, GM, VW and Nissan)
Advanced English
Internal IATF Auditor
Core Tools (SPC, MSA, AMEF, Problem Solving, APQP, PPAP)
