You will work directly with customers, interfacing seamlessly with cross-functional Engineering, Production, suppliers, and other QA functions to ensure timely and efficient closure of customer Quality requests, handling field returns/8D/FA cases, and audit support.About the Role:Generate monthly warranty reports from Power BI and Pareto issues to improve product quality and reliability.Manage customer quality requirements and lead the resolution of quality-related issues.Perform quality issue diagnoses and root-cause analysis.Conduct customer quality audits.Develop 8D reports and manage customer-facing communications.Continuously improve quality and lead kaizen events.Supervise test technician and warranty administrator.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields.5+ years of proven experience in Quality.Experience in Customer Quality Engineering, Quality Management Systems, Engineering, Failure Analysis, Product Engineering, and Production Quality Control in Electronic Manufacturing.Experience in Power BI.Knowledge in hands-on Quality tools and methodologies, statistics, and structured problem-solving techniques.Excellent communication skills such as good influence and negotiation skills to respond to difficult news and situations.Advanced English communication skills.Valid Visa to visit the US.Compensation package:Competitive salary range.Weekly food coupons.20 days of Christmas bonus.Family Major Medical Insurance.Life insurance.Growth plan.More.#J-18808-Ljbffr
