Job DescriptionThis position is responsible of ensuring that Customer quality engineers is receiving customer complaints (0KM & Warranty), leading problem solving also validating effectiveness of actions defined.
Makes sure that all customer portals are up to date and seeks for analysis and action plans when score cards are not meeting the target.
Is also responsible for the PPM reporting in a timely manner as well as in SAP/Compliance Quest.
Supports the QMS with Customer Audits and implementation of CSR.
Ensures follow up and completion of PPAP requirements on time
Follows up the Quality objectives and action plans associated
