We are looking for one CRM for North America. You ensure customers have excellent experiences with Eevia. You work to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention. You communicate with clients to understand their goals and needs and show how the company's products can help meet them. Prospecting and recruiting new customers are also an integrated part of the job. You need to be able and willing to travel. If possible, you can work from a location in the US. Otherwise, it is preferred to be based in or in proximity to Seinäjoki. If you work from a location in the U.S. you would need to visit Eevia Health's headquarters in Seinäjoki, Finland minimum four times a year. Induction will partly take place here as well.**Work tasks**:- Serving as the main point of contact for clients- Learning the needs of clients and developing plans to meet them- Regularly checking in on clients to ensure they're satisfied with the company- Addressing any concerns or issues a client may have and working with other departments to resolve them- Presenting the client with a contract and setting any terms as agreed upon by both the company and the client- Collaborating closely with other departments to build strategies that ensure they satisfy clients- Maintain company systems, such as CRM, sales orders in ERP, etc. and support reporting and forecasting**We are looking for**:- Fluent skills in English (both written and spoken)- Basic business knowledge and great interpersonal skills- Some industry experience or background e.G. in natural sciences- Willingness to travel and the possibility of being away for a week at a time, for example.
