Join us!The **Customer Specialist **position is a contributing member of a solar installation process. The Customer Specialist is responsible for completing the overall success of Sunwise Energy products.**Responsibilities**:- Customer Interaction, Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively- Issue Resolution or complaints promptly and professionally.- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers- Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes based on customer insights.- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing processes and workflows to improve the overall customer experience.**Qualifications**:- 2+ experience in a customer service or customer experience role.- Professional English domain (C1+)- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.- Time Management**Benefits**:- Christmas Bonus- Vacations- Mayor Medical Insurance- USA Federal Holidays- Grocery Vouchers**Workplace**:- On-site position- Enrique Gomez Carrillo #5612, Vallarta Universidad- Monday to Saturday- 7:00 am to 4:00 pm / 9:00 am to 6:00 pmTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $11,500.00 - $14,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Incluye fines de semana- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
