Background in commercial facility maintenance and repair or similar trade coordinating experience.Job ResponsibilitiesReceive, generate, dispatch, and close out work ordersEfficient route generation for field techniciansReceipt entry into online work orders system when applicableData entry into client and internal online work order systemsNot to Exceed (NTE) and Quote creation for applicable work ordersSubcontractor procurement and on-boardingSubcontractor cost verificationsCustomer relations and top in class customer serviceInterdepartmental communicationSoftware ProficienciesMicrosoft Office, Google Suite, Verizon Work, Buildertrend, Corrigo, MyFSN, QuickBooksRequired Education/ExperienceGED5+ years of project coordinating or customer service experience within the construction, service, or related technical fieldPrevious experience with commercial C-Store or Grocery Stores is a plusCurrent/prior role as a property manager or project coordinator is a plusAdvanced English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
