This is a great opportunity to set the foundation for an impactful and successful career at Arrow!**What You'll Be Doing**- Responsible for the day-to-day sales support and customer service tasks for specified customers and assigned accounts- Researches and responds to customer inquiries expeditiously and with accuracy- Maintains efficiencies in corporate and team operational processes and procedures- Serves as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), suppliers, and customers.- Owns the end-to-end quotes and order process for specified suppliers and customers- Problem Resolution: Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems.- Ensures execution and manages the demand creation activity, applicable contracts, value added programs, returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc.- Liaison between sales team to perform root cause analysis of any order issues or pricing variances- Ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc are resolved in a timely fashion and within our service level expectations.- Attend and participate in customer and supplier calls about metrics, understand products and programs, and set internal action plan and communicate to appropriate account team members- Works as closely with your team members within a shared work queue to ensure workload balance and consistency in customer experience.- May assist less experienced teammates in problem resolution**What We're Looking For**- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English- Expertise in Excel, knowledge for Oracle ERP and Saleforce are a bonus**What's In It For You**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
