Help us deliver solutions that ensure Life Is On everywhere, for everyone, and at every moment.What do you get to do in this position?Drive the Quality First value in the organization by defining the initiatives and fostering customer centricity activities.Deploy the CS&Q initiatives and ensure good progress of the execution:Cost of Quality root cause and reductionDigital quality deploymentDevelop people's competence of the CS&Q values to achieve a high performing culture.Coordinate with GSC plants, front office, and LOB to handle any quality crisis, customer escalations, etc. to ensure a fast and satisfying resolution.Leverage the GSC CS&Q community to drive best practice sharing, benchmarking, and cross-plant or BU projects.Serve as staff member to the ASCO GSC VP while maintaining dotted line responsibility to LoB Quality Lead.Drive continuous improvement within the plants utilizing data trend analytics.QualificationsWe know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
