**PSC Industries in Monterrey, Mexico is offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Advocate who is looking to drive their career in a new direction.

**Position Summary**:PSC Is looking for a Customer Advocate with excellent English communications skills + Spanish speaking to join The Customer Focus Team, based in PSC's facility located in Santa Catarina, Mexico, to handle the day-to-day activities for specific accounts by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:- Proactively support the entire customer order/demand management process, monitor customer systems, and maintain accurate information in the system for production planning.- Communicate directly with customers to coordinate changes in demand and last-minute orders.- Manage customer forecasts and releases to meet customer requirements by monitoring internal inventory levels to ensure on time delivery.- Coordinate with other departments to complete shipping and invoicing administrative processes and paperwork.
(Load Lists, Shipping Tickets, ASNs.- Follow established procedures for processing bills.- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.
**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
High School Diploma with experience in customer service, inside sales, customer support, or similar role will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
**Skills**:- Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally.- Must possess Advanced Excel skills- Macros, Pivot Tables, etc.- Must exhibit a great attention to detail.- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.- Fabulous at dealing with stress and phenomenal at communicating with (stressed-out) clients and coworkers.
