Bilingual Agent / Customer Service Representative
Job Offer:
- Direct hiring.
- Schedules: Shifts available from 08:00 - 16:00 and 02:00 am. - 10:00 am.
- Base salary: from $12,500 MXN (before taxes) during the first 3 months + $1,400 MXN in food coupons + 1 day off a week + Law Benefits.
- After the 3rd month base salary: $13,900 MXN (before taxes) + $1,400 MXN in food coupons + $2,000 MXN in bonus + Life insurance + Major medical expenses insurance + Saving fund + 1 additional day off every two weeks.

Roles:
- Handle of inbound calls and as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
- Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
- Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI's.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or High School degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented.
- Advanced English (written and spoken level).
- Experience in Customer Service / Contact Center / or related is a plus.
