PARK**- _Process & manage customer's order making the follow ups with each department to secure the lead time._- _Communicates with customers & sales rep by answering product & service questions._- _Prepare daily reports with the updates of the orders to contribute to the OTD._- _Develop strategies to improve the service with internal & external customers._- _Maintains customer records by updated account information in the system._- _Addresses product or service problems with customers_- _Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information_- _Contributes to team effort while accomplishing company goals and objectives_- _Able to follow all safety guidelines and company procedures_- _Follow all safety guidelines and procedures of the company_- _Follow the general cleaning rules to keep his/her work area clean_- _Any other activity assigned by the company_- _Participate in all safety programs and training assigned by the company_**EXPERIENCE**- Education: Bachelor Degree- 90% English fluency- 3 years experience.- Proactive.- Basic math and computer skills required.- Packaging products background is a plus.Trabajo remoto- SíTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1,100.00 - $1,200.00 al díaHorario:- DiurnoPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Nuestra ubicacion es en Boulevard 2000.
