Customer Service Agent

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with and/or willingness to adopt new technologies.
- Ability to transition easily from one activity to another.
- Ability to multi-task, managing multiple concurrent projects, while meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.

This is a full-time position that requires you to work on-site. The work hours for this position are from Monday to Friday, either from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm or 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The company is located in Parque Industrial Pacifico. The primary products manufactured by the company include large-scale personal safes, home security products, and smaller-scale firearm safes.
