- TAKE INBOUND CALLS FROM OUR CUSTOMERS RELATED TO DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SITUATIONS.
- TAKE PAYMENTS AND KNOW HOW TO GUIDE CUSTOMERS TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON THEIR OWN.
- KNOW HOW TO READ LOAN BALANCES AND MAKE PAYMENT ADJUSTMENTS
- COMMITMENT TO FIRST CALL RESOLUTION, WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY AND MAXIMUM PROFESSIONALISM.
MINIMIZING THE TRANSFERRING OF PHONE CALLS FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER.
- ENSURES DELIVERY OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH FAST AND ACCURATE PROCESSING OF CALLS, COMMUNICATION, AND COORDINATING WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO RESOLVE INQUIRIES.
- ANSWER INSURANCE-RELATED QUESTIONS INCLUDING CLAIMS STATUS, AND BASIC CLAIMS INFORMATION.
SCHEDULE
TRAINING SCHEDULE (2 WEEKS): MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 TO 17:00
MONDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 8:00 TO 18:00 AND TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 8:00 TO 17:00 | (SUNDAY + 1 WEEK DAY OFF)
(2 BREAKS OF 15 MINUTES AND LUNCH TIME 1 HOUR)
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$16,500 MONTHLY BASE SALARY
$542.77 DAILY BASE SALARY
$3,799.39 WEEKLY BASE SALARY (3,200 NET WEEKLY)
BONUS: UP TO 4,500 MONTHLY (BASED ON METRICS/OBJECTIVES) + (2% SAVINGS FUND, 1,400 FOOD STAMPS, 20-DAY CHRISTMAS BONUS)
