Freight Forwarder company is hiring a **Customer Service Agent** serving the **automotive industry.****Experience**:- 3 years in CS- 5 years in Freight Forwarding**Main Responsibilities**:- Answer in a timely manner to the requests of the assigned clients, guiding the client throughout the process of their operation, providing personalized advice.- Maintain constant communication with the client, and strategic actors of the FF offices involved in the operations.- Gather and analyze information, including documents, to properly manage the services contracted by the client; validating rates, costsand new business opportunities. Concluding the process in the billing of the requested services.- Constant communication with the sales department to ensure that the services have the profit.- Working in parallel with the Pricing team to obtain better costs and good service from suppliers; always seeking to obtain a greater assignment of shipments by presenting attractive quotes for the client and for the company.- Constant communication with the operational department to ensure that the services contracted by the client are fulfilled in a timely manner.- Manage general information that facilitates the operation (SOP, WI, RC).- Report any risk in order to prevent possible complaints.- Participate in the resolution of complaints or claims, together with other FF departments and clients. Follow up on the action plans to be executed.- Make visits to clients, together with sales staff, to present metrics and/or at the request of the client.**Competencies**:- English B2 minimum - Mandatory- Intermediate Excel- Maritime operation (import/export) LCL and FCL modalities- Knowledge of Freight Forwarder- INCOTERMS- Industries: consumer and retail- Handling of special shipments (desirable)**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: From $25,000.00 per month
