Abroad we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City.Our client believesJob activities:- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.- Communicate with customers/homeowners through various channels.- Build sustainable relationships and trust with homeowners and board members.- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.- Keep records of customer interactions.- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.- Schedule:_Monday - Thursday: 7 am - 3 pm (CST).Fridays: 6:30 am - 2:00 pm (CST).

**Requirements**:- Around 1 to 2 years of experience in call centers for American customers.- Strong communications skills.- Strong writing skills.
