Customer Service Analyst

We are an important logistics company that specializes in providing 4PL services to our clients, one of which is a distinguished leader in the technology field.We are looking for:Customer Service Analyst**Requirements**:- Bachelor / University Degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering or related- 2-3 years in Whs Customer Service- Advanced English- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Data Analysis- MS OfficeActivities:- Understand Customer needs and communicate analyzed customers' requests- Coordinate with WHs, Manager and Client and follow up until completion.- Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure- Billing process under Madrid using Zenith system- Attend on site meetings with the client- Elaborate client´s satisfaction surveys**Benefits**:- Competitive base salary- Benefits above the law- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm- Excellent location- Growth opportunities
