PresentialWe are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Customer Service Analyst, **based in **Léon Plant (Guanajuato, MEX).****YOUR TASKS WILL BE**- Reception and analysis of customer releases.- Weekly reconciliation of accruals with client.- Notify Management and the Master Scheduler of significant variations in demand.- Review inventories in (DOH Report) a daily basis for sets and hides (BPCS).- Active participation in APQP meetings (Engineering changes and/or launches).- Notify Management, Program Manager and Master Scheduler of the receipt of BOLN (Build Out Letter Notifications).- Monthly monitoring of claims.- Weekly monitoring of department indicators (OTCS, Slow Move, PTA's, DOH, ADH, Sales, WIP, etc.)- Register part numbers in the system of engineering changes and/or releases, generation of labels.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service.- Experience in planning, programming, and data analysis.- Experience in Automotive Industry.- Ability to make decisions and solve problems.- Ability to negotiate.- Strong Excel skills.- Experience in dealing with clients.- Advanced English level.If you are interested, please send us your CV in English.LI-DNI
