SRG Global is headquartered in Troy, Mich., USA.Through its Research and Development Center in Taylor, Mich, USA, and its global advanced development process, SRG Global works to enhance manufacturing processes and accelerates development and delivery of the next generation of coating technologies and subsystems.**We are currently looking for a Customer Service Analyst Planner for our Irapuato faciltiy.****What You Will Do In Your Role**:- This Customer Service Analyst will be in charge of working to have a high level score rate with customers, follow up on time deliveries, handling accurate information and negotiating with customers to provide trust and materials according to their demand.- Dealing with End Clients- Ensure delivery of the finished product to the customer.- Offer the best service and communication with the client- Analysis of future requirements (Release)- Manage Customer Service documentation (ASN & BOL)- Inventory Analysis & Forecast- View the release through EDI with each of our Clients**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree, Engineering or related field- Previous Experience in Customer Service- Knowledge of inventory system- Knowledge in ERP (iVP, SAP, Oracle or similar)**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Communication skills- Teamwork- ProactivityLI-UH1
