**We are currently looking for a Customer Service Analyst Planner for our Irapuato faciltiy.
****What You Will Do In Your Role**:- This Customer Service Analyst will be in charge of working to have a high level score rate with customers, follow up on time deliveries, handling accurate information and negotiating with customers to provide trust and materials according to their demand.- Dealing with End Clients- Ensure delivery of the finished product to the customer.- Offer the best service and communication with the client- Analysis of future requirements (Release)- Manage Customer Service documentation (ASN & BOL)- Inventory Analysis & Forecast- View the release through EDI with each of our Clients**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree, Engineering or related field- Previous Experience in Customer Service- Knowledge of inventory system- Knowledge in ERP (iVP, SAP, Oracle or similar)**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Communication skills- Teamwork- ProactivityLI-UH1
