Customer Service Analyst

To assure customer shipments on time, according to lead time and proper demand analysis to avoid any charge for premium freight

**Responsibilities/Skills**
- Analyzes the demand coming from the EDI to determine if the numbers are inside of the regular parameters or if present increases/decreases and take decisions based on the analysis.
- In charge to review EDI transmission and reflect them properly on Plex system, as well as customer portal updates.
- In charge to address any customer claim to different departments such as Quality, Customs, Shipping, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.
- Receives the purchase orders from the Sales portal and assure their capture on time, avoiding premium freight because the lack of capture or excess/obsolete because and incorrect capture.
- Make sure to do proper activities to assure the minimum of incidences of shipments out of the expected time because demand management issues.
- Internal meeting attendance, in order to be informed about model-year changes or the engineering changes to avoid lack or material or the excess or obsolete due to demand management issues and weekly road maps information.
- Implement the adequate controls to avoid obsolescence of finished goods or raw material because a demand management issue on the forecast entered on the ERP Plex.
- Keep close contact with support areas, such as Manufacturing, Quality, Customs, Engineering, in order to assure on time shipments.
- Anticipates and prevents problems; effective decision making; works on continuous process improvement; eliminating processes that do not add value and implementing processes which ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with the fulfil environmental, safety and health legal requirements set out in the legislation and regulations of our customers and other applicable stakeholder's requirements to whom we are related to our activities and products, as well as those EHS requirements established by the Company.

**Required Profile**
- Education and Experience:

- Bachelor degree on the administration and/or engeneering area.
- Fluent on English 80% or highe.
- ERP knowledge
- Skills/knowledge Reuirements
- Experience with the MRP and Scheduling software, like Mfg-pro, Oracle, SAP, JD power and or Plex Mfg. system
- Strong Knowledge of Office usage, especially with MS Excel advanced user or expertise on data bases
- Technical/Business Knowledge
- Knowledge of purchasing techniques, policies and procedures, for productive (direct) material.
- Working knowledge of PLEX is a plus.
