.Torreón, Coahuila**Analyst Customer Service - TTC****Objective**:To assure customer shipments on time, according to lead time and proper demand analysis to avoid any charge for premium freight.**Responsibilities**- Analyzes the demand coming from the EDI to determine if the numbers are inside of the regular parameters or if present increases/decreases and take decisions based on the analysis.- In charge of reviewing EDI transmission and reflecting them properly on Plex system, as well as customer portal updates.- In charge of addressing any customer claim to different departments such as Quality, Customs, Shipping, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.- Receives the purchase orders from the Sales portal and assure their capture on time, avoiding premium freight because of the lack of capture or excess/obsolete because and incorrect capture.- Make sure to do proper activities to assure the minimum of incidences of shipments out of the expected time because demand management issues.- Internal meeting attendance, in order to be informed about model-year changes or the engineering changes to avoid lack of material or the excess or obsolete due to demand management issues and weekly road maps information.- Implement the adequate controls to avoid obsolescence of finished goods or raw material because a demand management issue on the forecast entered on the ERP Plex.- Keep close contact with support areas, such as Manufacturing, Quality, Customs, Engineering, in order to ensure shipments on time.- Implement conciliation in order to avoid fluctuations in customer demand.- Anticipates and prevents problems; effective decision making; works on continuous process improvement; eliminating processes that do not add value and implementing processes which ensure customer satisfaction- Comply with and ensure compliance with PKC Group's Environment, Health and Safety Policy and Energy Policy.- Comply with the environmental, health, safety and energy requirements set forth in Federal, State and Municipal legislation and applicable regulations related to our activities and products to comply with the EMASS (Energy, Environment, Health and Safety) procedures inherent to their work position.Contribute to the effectiveness of the Energy, Environment, Health and Safety Management System, including the achievement of the EMASS Objectives and Goals.**RequiredProfile****Education and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in administration and/or engineering area.- Fluent on English 80% or higher.ERP knowledge.**Skills/ knowledge requirements**:- Experience with the MRP and Scheduling software, like Mfg-pro, Oracle, SAP, JD power and or Plex Mfg. system.Strong Knowledge of Office usage, especially with MS Excel advanced user or expertise on databases.**Competencies**- Influencing- Managing Work- Communication- Quality OrientationCustomer Orientation**Benefits**- It is an active full-time vacancy with competitive benefits.- Equal Opportunity Employer - Inclusive Company
