.Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Customer Service and Planning Supervisor.**What you'll do**:**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:Responsible for supervising customer service to deliver the best customer service experience and manage all planning activities, organizing, and controlling the monthly master schedule for the Plant. Ensure efficiency in scheduling with utilization. It is a planned build schedule in weekly capacity-constrained buckets that is derived from the "sales and operations planning" output. The monthly master schedule is what drives the forecast for purchased materials.Follow-up of production plans with the Production Department and tracking of shorts, resource/capacity utilization and low inventory investment. It is self-driven and adheres to all Company policies.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:- Responsible for developing the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory.- Daily Monitor of Order entry to level load capacity- Follow up closely the VIP accounts- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues- Ensure the MPS is always 100% accurate and achievable.- The qualified individual will be responsible for providing the plant with a weekly production plan consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast- Responsible for determining the desired inventory levels for finished goods including safety stock levels- Create a rolling 4-weeks master production plan for all products.- Utilize the production capacity, taking into consideration the sales forecast, historical sales, and new business opportunities.- Meet daily with the manufacturing team to assess production schedules, adjust as necessary based on production results) optimize run quantities and minimize changeovers to help achieve 100% on the time delivery.- Develop inventory targets and manage production to achieve targeted inventory levels on both a cost and unit basis.- Develop strategies and lease with operation teams on capacity & equipment utilization- Maintain finished goods inventory at target levels in ensure high service levels, i.E. Product availability.- Monitor actual out versus the master production plan. Identify gaps and drive solutions, including a metric on production performance to the requested production schedule.- Review sales forecast with program managers on a monthly basis and suggest modifications consistent with knowledge of current or historical demand- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization- Timely reporting of key metrics.LI-SL4**Qualifications**:**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical field desired- 5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing environment with associated products.- Knowledge of customer/field procedure, order processing flow, manufacturing, freight, and some technical understanding of product.- Computer Systems, ERP (i.E
