About the Job:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service and Sales Professional to join our team at AT&T.
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for selling a variety of products and services to meet customers' needs and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Sell a variety of AT&T products and services to meet customers' needs.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.Identify opportunities to add new lines or services to accounts to help customers' business grow.What You Will Get:A competitive monthly base salary of MXN $20,775 (before taxes).An average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000 when meeting sales and service targets.Monthly grocery vouchers of MXN $1,519 every 14 days and restaurant vouchers of MXN $1,216 every 14 days.Requirements:Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers.Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products.1 year of sales experience (or excellent communications skills).Ability to work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week.
