As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring efficient product delivery.**Responsibilities**:- Reach out to existing and potential customers to address their needs and explore sales opportunities.- Serve as an internal account coordinator for designated accounts.- Cultivate relationships with new clients to expand our customer base.- Provide accurate quotes, enter orders into the system, and follow up on transactions.- Collaborate with the Sales team to share insights on potential sales leads.- Ensure timely and quality delivery of customer orders, liaising with logistics as needed.- Support fellow Inside Sales Representatives in managing and growing their accounts.- Recommend suitable products to customers based on their requirements.- Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms.- Offer ongoing support and consultation to clients.- Distribute product samples and catalogs to interested customers.- Identify potential customers through business directories and referrals.- Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitors' activities.- Gather credit information on prospective clients and facilitate order processing.- Engage in negotiations with retail partners to enhance product visibility and promotion.- Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.- Uphold a high standard of customer service to reinforce client loyalty.- Enter orders efficiently using SAP software.**Qualifications**:- Proficient in English (Advanced level).- Bachelor Degree - Finished or In Progress- 2+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales roles.- Experience in the steel industry is advantageous.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP software.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Active listening abilities and critical thinking.- Exceptional attention to detail.- Passport and Visa to travel occasionally to the US**Location**: This position is exclusively open to residents of **Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
