**Customer Service Assistant**We are seeking a motivated and driven customer service assistant to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**:- Schedule appointments with clients and supervise their follow-up.- Make calls with clients and internal calls.- Facilitate communication between clients and associated agencies.- Manage changes in client accounts (such as pickup dates, purchase order plans, and address updates) ensuring precise implementation.- Send surveys and ensure they are completed within the established timeframe.- Audit daily work of branches located in the United States.- Maintain records using reports in Google Drive.
