**This is NOT A CALL The customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Inspect received data for errors. Type rapidly and accurately both numerical and text data and enter data into an information system.

Activity:
Manage Large amounts of incoming calls

Input sales information

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Follow Communications procedures, guidelines, and policies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree
- 1-year minimum of experience
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Schedule Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 5:06 pm

WE ARE LOCATED IN Balbino Obeso 1300, Lucio Blanco, 22706 Playas de Rosarito, B.C.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mes
