****The Main purpose**- Comply with the execution plans and programs, achieving the service objectives of our clients.- Administration of the assigned Budget complying with the AOP.- Ensure/Facilitate the proper use of inputs and materials.- Facilitate that each of the functions is developed in line with business expectations through a continuous coaching environment.- Ensure that all Safety/Health and environmental standards are met, as well as all national, international and PepsiCo legal requirements.- Participate in regular food safety self-inspections in your area, as well as in periodic MIP audits.- Develop and lead improvement strategies, continuing to support other areas of the supply chain (Logistics, supplies, traffic, Order Planning, Discovery, Productivity, IT, Production and Sales).- Ensure the correct administration of the finished product flow through inventory controls, good distribution practices, input and output controls to ensure good business results, as well as satisfied customers.- Guarantee the correct use of the company's resources, ensuring compliance with the regulations for use and operating policies for the safekeeping, handling and distribution of the finished product, optimizing cost.- Promote a culture of effectiveness, innovation and autonomy through the implementation of the transformation model (MOTOR), providing resources and focusing the integrating team to achieve the objectives through the Front line
