Customer Service Associate

Onboarding specialist back office (Similar to a customer service Role)**Join us as an Onboarding Especialist!****Your responsibilities and functions would be**:- Client Assesment and follow up- Conduct initial interviews to understand the clients' needs and circumstances- Seek potential clients through various channels to initiate consultations with the firm- Ensure all client information is accurately entered into the firm's case management system- Convience the potential clients to start the process with the firm- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure that each new client is properly assigned and their case is handled efficiently from the outset**What do you need?- Preferred**Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.**Experience**: 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, sales, customer service.**What do we offer?**Schedule 11:00 am - 8:30 pm CST Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch + 2 breaks)Salary 16,000 mxn brutos + bonos.Law BenefitsOn Site JobWeekends OffTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $16,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿How many years have you been working in customer service?- ¿Have you ever Worked in sales?
