.Job Description: SAVE your place in AT&T! We are already open for 2025, but the seats are limited so apply NOW, get selected in November and start in January 2025.What you'll do:Have effective communication and negotiation skills, being able to overcome objections and find solutions.Achieve collection goals by providing customer service and securing collections as much as possible, as soon as possible.Engage in effective win-win negotiation on overdue account payments.Provide general billing support to clarify doubts, orders, and complaints regarding overdue payments or fees.Listen, respond, and resolve consistently on every call throughout your shift.What you'll bring:Available to be selected now and schedule your START DATE on January 2025!Advanced Conversational English to converse seamlessly with U.S. customers.Personal Computer experience with Microsoft Windows and Office.Previous experience in customer care, billing, collections, or similar roles is highly desired.Ability to train/work 40 hours per week during operation hours from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm CST, Monday to Friday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays) - WEEKENDS OFF.Ability to work in the office 100% of the time.Changing the speed of business comes with many rewards:Monthly Base Salary: MXN$18,225 (before Taxes).Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,519 every 14 days.Monthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $1,216 every 14 days.Once you're a part of the team, you'll gain some amazing perks and benefits including:Life Insurance.Vacation days, plus three personal days, onsite medical, and more.50% discount on five lines of AT&T Wireless service.Paid starting from your first day of training, including some benefits like meal and grocery vouchers.Training Payment & Expectations:Full payment and benefits start since your day-1-training.You will be required to attend 100% of your Training at the Office (between 1-3 months).During your 90 days trial period, you will not be authorized to request vacation or personal days off.Is it a remote job?
