Customer Service Associate

-Position--:
Customer Service Associate Entry Level--Arrow Electronics-- is looking to hire an entry level Customer Service/Support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, to work out of our HP Office, located in Periferico Sur.- You'll Be Doing-- Provide internal and rnal customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending and/or action plans to internal sales team staff. Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer ordrmling, set up of MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE (Customer Part and Pricing System) maintenanr contract pricing Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providirst point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc. Work closely with Asset team to process order customers and resolve issur the customer in a timely manner.- You'll Need-- Typically requiresa year degree and - years of Importante empresa or High school graduate with equivalent related Importante empresa - years of customer service Importante empresa Good Excel skills --required--:
