We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide outstanding support, build lasting connections, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects our brand values.Role Overview:As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving inquiries across email, chat, and phone.
You'll represent Manukora's voice and values with empathy, professionalism, and care.
Working closely with our customer experience team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, delightful customer journeys.
This full-time remote role operates within US time zones.Your Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone, resolving issues with urgency, empathy, and professionalism.Provide personalized support during phone interactions, ensuring a warm and friendly experience for every customer.Identify and address barriers in the customer journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.Assist in analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the experience.Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers at every touchpoint.Execute customer experience initiatives to drive engagement and loyalty.Manage daily workflow efficiently to meet customer engagement KPIs while maintaining excellent service standards.Proactively report and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.Assist the Customer Service Manager with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.Qualifications:1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.100% fluency in the English language.Experience providing phone support, with a friendly and empathetic approach.Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with technological aptitude.Creative problem-solver with a proactive "get it done" mindset.Proactive and solutions-focused individual, who anticipates customer needs and addresses challenges with a strategic approach.Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing multiple communication channels.Availability to provide support on weekends and during early USA morning hours to ensure prompt responses
