We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our guests during evening hours (5 PM - 12 AM GMT-6) This role involves managing inbound calls, assisting with reservations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Answer inbound calls regarding hotel policies and amenities.- Assist guests with reservations, modifications, upgrades, and inquiries.- Utilize the CloudBeds portal for booking management.- Maintain clear communication with morning staff regarding guest requests and expectations.- Create and manage a checklist for morning staff to ensure seamless operations.- Refer to an extensive FAQ sheet to address common guest questions.- Collaborate with the General Manager for training and support.
