Sales & B2B outreach.You'll be in charge of our customer service inbox, helping to triage common customer issues and answer customer questions. Your tasks will include:- Answering questions about products- Assisting customers with returns and exchanges- Helping our customers if they have questions accessing our website- Some simple grading of exams for our Mixology CertificationOur B2B customers are super important to us - they are our VIPs! Your job will be focused on creating and maintaining long-term relationships with our highest value customers and contacts.- Triaging inbound wholesale inquiries to make sure they are valid- Providing quotes, draft orders, and answer questions for our VIP customers- Ensuring our warehouse is processing B2B orders in timely manner and making sure all customer needs are met- Following up with past customers to see if they are ready to order more.**ABOUT YOU**:- A bit of Sales know-how: Yep, this role does have a bit of a "sales" component
