**YOUR ROLE**:
- Is responsible for all administrative operations related a customer's purchase orders, claims, disputes, customer care and master data, ensuring that customer-related activities are carried out daily.
- It is done within the company's procedures and quality standards, also adhering to current business standards.
- Sales Order Process: Order entry, Modification, Cancellation, Check & Validation, Scrap sales, Free of Charge orders, third party management, Service Orders, Consignment orders and Scheduling agreement management.
- Management of customer requirements and compliance with KPIs. (preferably experience in the automotive industry)
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Desirable intermediate English
- Intermediate - Advanced usage of Excel
- Interest for Customer Service and Logistics
