**YOUR ROLE**:

- Is responsible for all administrative operations related a customer's purchase orders, claims, disputes, customer care and master data, ensuring that customer-related activities are carried out daily.
- Processes affiliate orders from creation to invoicing, including customer negotiations.
- Facilitates resolution of credit blocks, invoice disputes and stock issues.
- Liaises with local Logistics teams to ensure all export documentation and export requirements are met.
- Executes out of stocks rules to incoming sales orders and purchase orders to maximize service level potential.
- Runs successful execution of Daily Operations Cycle.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Bachelor´s Degree
- Advanced Portuguese
- Previous experience in customer service
- Intermediate Excel
