We are looking for someone to support one of our customers in The USA.About our client: We deliver exceptional service and facilitate the unique vision of our valued clients by carefully listening to and understanding their distinct character and priorities.We are looking for new staff to supports the operations area's with administrative and customer service tasks.Activities:- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the client reception calls- Maintain accurate and up-to-date new client information in a database and update client contact information on an ongoing basis, as needed.- Reviews all received compliance inspection reports, including special/annual inspections, and generates / processes all compliance letters at a high level in accordance with established company standards.- Provides assistance to teammates in quality, timely generation of VMS & Toolkit compliance reports- Ensures database compliance records contain all necessary information, including, but not limited to, photo documentation of compliance issues and notes for team and client review**Schedule: Monday to Friday**- ** Winter/Regular Schedule 09:00 - 18:00 CST MX**:- **Daylight Schedule 08:00 - 17:00 CST MX**We offer:- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo)- 12 vacation days after the first year- IMSS- Major medical insurance since day 1After 3 months probationary contract, we add:- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to the city you are from)- Food vouchers- Saving fund- Restaurant tickets**Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent- 2+ years in client services and general office support.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
