We have A+ ratings with the BBB and stellar reviews from our customers.The PositionWe're looking for a full-time Back Office/Customer Service agent to help with Customer communications, liaison with Insurance Companies and general back-office duties.Your responsibilities:- You will communicate with Homeowners and Insurance Companies to ensure a fast, seamless construction job for our customers.- You will coordinate and help the rest of the departments to make sure everything flows accordingly to expectations.Desired skills/experience:- You have an excellent English level (C1, C2)- You have good computer skills, with a functional knowledge of Excel, Office, CRM, and are willing to learn new processes and tools.- You are a self-motivated, energetic, and responsible person.- You have previous experience with customer-facing roles.- If you have knowledge of the roofing world (strongly preferred).- You have a fast and reliable internet connection, your own computer and headset.- You can work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (1-hour lunch), and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM.- A college degree is a big plus.The perks:- Work from home: no commute and no dress code.- Not a call center job: you are not an employee number, and you will work in close contact with management and the company owners.- Salary: 2800 MXN a week + commissions.**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission**Salary**: $2,800.00 per week**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Remotely:- Yes
