Customer Service Bilingue (Tecate)

Documents: VISAWe are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. He/she will also be asked to work order process, changes, and modifications. To do well in this role he/she needs to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.1. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.3. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.4. Communicating with different customers for any issues or doubts.5. Keeping records and be organized on customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.6. Knowing our products so that he/she can answer questions.8.
