As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Call Center Manager to join our team and lead our customer service representatives towards delivering outstanding support to our valued customers.

- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives and other back-office operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Operational Management**:
- Oversee daily call center operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to service level agreements.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Ensure that customer service representatives provide clear and timely information to our customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in call center management, preferably but not necessarily within the last mile logistics or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an understanding of the nuances of last mile logistics.
- Familiarity with customer service software and call center technology.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Fluent in English (interview will be conducted 100% in English)

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
