- **Description of Activities**:_
- Supervise the resolution of customer complaints.
- Implementation and communication of policies and processes related to customer service.
- Coordination and implementation of projects and initiatives related to Customer Service.
- Implement strategies to improve quality, productivity, and service performance.
- Handle management, internal and external reporting, and information analysis.
- Analyze relevant data and determine customer service outputs.
- Overseeing the achievement and maintenance of quality and customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate and negotiate the shipment of missing accessories to end customers.
- Supervise and support the team in the fulfillment of customer service functions.
- Communicate to the company departments and teams involved the strategic approach to customer service.
- **Experience and qualifications**:_
2 to 3 years of experience in the role
Bachelor's Degree
Fluent English written and spoken
MS Office (Excel)
