Focused primarily on consumer electronics, Sohnen offers a wide range of electronic products such as: televisions and digital audio/video products, in the home appliance range: air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, food processors, ovens, among other products.
Our company restores products to their operational state (electronic, mechanical and cosmetic) quickly and efficiently.

- **Description of Activities**:_
- Supervise the resolution of customer complaints.
- Implementation and communication of policies and processes related to customer service.
- Coordination and implementation of projects and initiatives related to Customer Service.
- Implement strategies to improve quality, productivity, and service performance.
- Handle management, internal and external reporting, and information analysis.
- Analyze relevant data and determine customer service outputs.
- Overseeing the achievement and maintenance of quality and customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate and negotiate the shipment of missing accessories to end customers.
- Supervise and support the team in the fulfillment of customer service functions.
- Communicate to the company departments and teams involved the strategic approach to customer service.
- **Experience and qualifications**:_

2 to 3 years of experience in the role
Bachelor's Degree
Fluent English written and spoken
MS Office (Excel)
Management Skills
Excellent communication skills
Conflicts Management

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: A partir de $30,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 10 horas
