**YOUR ROLE**:

- Deals with customer needs as first point of contact.
- Strives for excellent customer service delivery.
- Is responsible for key accounts / customers.
- Maintains detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Reviews purchase orders and follows up on credit releases.
- Follows up on deliveries and inventory allocation.
- Fill rate analysis.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Knowledge and previous experience in national accounts (for example Soriana, Casa Ley, HEB, Walmart, Chedraui)
- Knowledge of process mapping
- 2-3 years of previous experience in similar roles
- SAP management
- Intermediate English
- Bachelor's Degree
