Customer Service

**Minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in administration, Business or similar
- 2 year of minimum experience in a similar position
- Skills and experience in creating and maintaining a client portfolio.
- Experience in inventory control.
- English 90%.
- Good analytical skills.
- Oriented to work as a team and meet goals.

**Activities**
- Be proactive and initiative to seek new clients.
- Ability to negotiate.
- Be part of the solution to your clients' problems.
- Management of customer requirements from forecast planning, dispatch of materials and placement of production orders.
- Management of client's inventory levels with warehouse and punctual follow-ups to deliveries and shipments.
- Personalized attention to your client portfolio.
- Invoice capture for the preparation of sales and delivery reports.
- Monitoring of prototype material.
- Receive and analyze customer requirements working in conjunction with planning.
- Generate monthly production forecast, sales and inventories.
